After completing a Bachelor of Planning & Design (Property & Construction) at the University of Melbourne, Kate established her expertise in real estate working in residential property valuations before making the move into property advisory. 

Having advised both homebuyers and investors, Kate is able to work with her clients to understand their property purchasing objectives and work within any particular parameters they may have. Kate will help guide you through the property selection process and make sure you secure that investment property or your dream family home for the best possible price. By keeping you fully informed along the way, you’ll have a far better understanding of the process as well.

Kate’s valuation experience is particularly relevant as she understands that paying too much for property is not only something that no one wants to do, but can lead to difficulties with finance if the bank valuation does not add up. Thorough research and assessment of each property is undertaken as a matter of due diligence in order to make sure none of her clients find themselves in this situation.

Whether it be buying a property at auction or negotiating a pass-in or private sale, Kate is well versed in all things real estate. Kate's negotiating skills and in depth knowledge of the market are also invaluable when it comes to securing off market properties.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Planning & Design (Property & Construction) and a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).

Joe Stinear

Director

Joe is a third generation property professional and has been working in inner Melbourne real estate for over 20 years.


After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University, Joe started his career as a real estate agent in Elwood and Elsternwick.


Turning to valuations in 2005, Joe completed post graduate studies at the University of Melbourne and reached Associate status with the Australian Property Institute in 2007. In that time, he has worked extensively across metropolitan Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, Bass Coast and the Surf Coast.


Joe has significant experience in prestige and ultra prestige property, having undertaken valuation appointments in excess of $80 million. He has provided expert evidence for a number of Courts and Tribunals, including in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Family Court of Australia, the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal and Heritage Council Victoria, and has been a member of the Membership Admissions Committee at the Australian Property Institute.


Throughout his extensive career, Joe has honed his skills in property valuation, market analysis, and investment strategies. His deep understanding of real estate trends, property values, and market dynamics allows him to provide invaluable insights to clients, empowering them to make well-informed decisions and achieve their property goals.
